FEAR IS AN ILLUSION, letting go of time

What is fear, anyway? False evidence appearing real? Face everything and rise? These are acronyms. I realize, fear is in the mind, which operates in time.

When we are FULLY here, right now, we are not in our head, we are in our heart, and when fear creeps in, we can give ourself what’s called a gut check.
